From Carhart II: "Dr. Haskell went in with forceps and grabbed the baby's legs and pulled them down into the birth canal. Then he delivered the baby's body and the arms--everything but the head. The doctor kept the head right inside the uterus...The baby's little fingers were clasping and unclasping, and his little feet were kicking. Then the doctor stuck the scissors in the back of his head, and the baby's arms jerked out, like a startle reaction, like a flinch, like a baby does when he thinks he's going to fall. The doctor opened up the scissors, stuck a high-powered suction tube into the opening, and sucked the baby's brains out. Now the baby went completely limp..."
Okay, Tony. I know you were Reagan's third choice. First he wanted Bork, who got borked. And then he wanted that guy who was smoking the killer weed. And then he picked you. Still, you're up there, refusing to give in to that jurisprudence of doubt, where liberty finds no refuge. And really you're just quoting some excitable nurse who's testifying before Congress. But why are you quoting her, Tony? Cause reading that passage, I sorta got the feeling that this Haskell guy pretty much killed that baby. Do you think he killed that baby? Are babies people? Are babies entitled to the equal protection of the laws?
